When did it all start? 1948 Under the flag of the Swedish bearing manufacturer SKF we start comprehensive production of high quality cast iron wheels. 1968 We develop a programme for sheet steel castors. 1982 SKF Transportwielen B.V. is established in Veenendaal. 1992 We are taken over by the Marmon Group of Companies’ Wheel division. The new name: Colson Europe B.V. 2002 The Wheel division becomes an independent group: Colson Associates Colson worldwide Colson Associates is the collective factor for a large number of independent wheel and castor manufacturers. Besides Colson Europe B.V. renowned companies such as Albion, British Castors, Flexello, Jarvis, Revvo, Shepherd and Rhombus belong to this group.
